Music Directors: Foster Payne

Operations Manager: Bruce Thron-Weber

    1. President – Amanda Jakl: Please keep in mind we need a secretary.
    2. Vice President – Roger Oram: nothing to report
    3. Secretary
    4. Treasurer – Jess Mess: nothing to report
    5. Scholarship Coordinator – Brian Smith: nothing to report
  1. Discussion Items
    1. Concert Venues:
      1. Jess Mess moved to hold 1 of our 2 fall concerts at Alameda Jr./Sr. High. Seconded. Approved unanimously.
      2. Barb Lichtenstein moved to 1 of our 2 fall concerts at Red Rocks Community College. Seconded. Approved unanimously.
      3. Roger will get in touch with RRCC and Alameda High to confirm availability.
  1. For the good of the cause
    1. It was mentioned that we should look into doing another community/charitable event since we will not be doing the Edgewater concert.
    2. A small Christmas concert in December was suggested and will be put on the October agenda.
